Climate Change - A global challenge looking for local solutions. Aktuelle Forschungsergeb nisse zu Umweltproblemen präsentieren und diskutieren (Klasse 9-11)

Kein Tag vergeht mehr, ohne dass in den Nachrichten über Umweltzerstörung oder Klimawandel berichtet wird. Mittlerweile versucht jede Partei, Umweltschutz zu ihrer Ur-Programmatik zu erklären. Die UN wollten sich im Dezember 2009 in Kopenhagen neue ehrgeizige Klimaziele stecken. Vergeblich. Ist der Klimawandel ein Thema, das man besser den großen Entscheidungsträgern "da oben" in der Politik überlässt?

Diese Unterrichtsreihe beleuchtet einzelne Aspekte der Umweltproblematik, gibt verblüffende Hintergrundinformationen und veranlasst Schüler und Schule zum Handeln: lokale Lösungen für ein globales Problem!
